Does the money really reach Esa?
Yes. You transfer straight to Esa's bank account or pay through Esa's PayPal. Nobody sits in between, not even this website. Only PayPal keeps a small fee.
Do I get a donation receipt?
Sorry, no. Esa collects privately, not as a registered charity, so there's no tax receipt.
What does it cost me?
Usually nothing extra. A euro transfer within Europe is free at most banks. With PayPal, Esa pays the fee. If you send money from abroad, your bank might charge something.
How fast does the money arrive?
With an instant transfer, often within seconds. A normal transfer usually takes one working day, sometimes longer from abroad. PayPal lands in Esa's PayPal account right away.
How do I know the account details are right?
Only use the account details from this page. Your bank will show you whether name and IBAN match. If someone sends you a different number by DM, be careful and ask @achi.afg directly.
Do you store my data?
We never see your payment, it only goes through your bank or PayPal. The only thing stored is feedback you choose to write. There's no tracking here.
